Efficiency
A precision design, ultra limited tolerance machining and great surface finishes, allow the Ever-Power to operate at very high efficiency values, 98% for just one stage gearbox and 96% for a two phases gearbox. Efficiency values rely on torsional backlash, velocity, ratio, ambient temperature, etc. The common efficiency level varies according to the number of levels as demonstrated in the technical data sheets for every gearbox model.
Lubrication

Gears, planet carrier and housing
